As an agency within an agency we have the senior expertise and involvement of a boutique agency with the scale, clout and multi-disciplinary skill-set of a £70m turnover, 250 staff network agency. This means we can remain flexible to our clients' needs and, when necessary scale up to provide the optimal solution. As such we are one of the few genuine, independent full service agencies in the UK.
Although we’re focussed on campaign results rather than awards, it’s nice to be recognised for the great work we do.

Matt's role at Magnet
As MD, Matt is ultimately responsible for TMP Magnet as a whole. A strategic leader, Matt ensures that the team meets and exceeds our clients' expectations and is fundamental in our drive for continuous improvement.
Whether Matt has committed to climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, doing 100 press ups or transforming the effectiveness of your company’s marketing, it’s what’s being achieved that matters. Matt’s insight states that truly great performance is achieved by a combination of factors including great thinking, collaboration and iron determination. Ultimately this may mean you do 101 push ups, not just 90, or create a communications campaign which has a return on investment of 25:1 rather than 20:1, but when all’s said and done, it’s the figures that will do the talking.

Philip's role at Magnet
As Head of Technology, Pip is responsible for the in-house design and delivery teams that look after all of our web projects. Providing industry leading insight and thinking, Pip ensures that TMP Magnet stay at the forefront of the industry.
Pip never shies away from a challenge. He’s a firm believer that everything is possible and relishes in solving the digital challenges our clients face. Pip leads his team from the front whether that’s providing a client with a cutting edge technical website solution or riding his bicycle through the mountain tops of Europe.
Head of Creative
Heather's role at Magnet
Heather heads up the creative team with her creative partner Al Wotton. As a natural born copywriter, Heather is responsible for our twenty strong team of writers and designers.
A highly creative individual, Heather excels in collaborating across disciplines to build enthusiasm and create a uniquely powerful solution. Whether it’s answering client briefs or getting absorbed in to her latest quest in World of Warcraft, Heather throws herself in to each new challenge head on.

Alistair's role at Magnet
Al heads up the creative team with his creative partner Heather DeLand. A gifted craftsman and art director, Al has enjoyed 3 successful years at TMP Magnet.
Alistair has 20 years experience in senior creative roles at leading digital agencies. Alistair receives each new brief with the same enthusiasm as his very first, and each client relationship is guarded as crucial to the creative process. Alistair is constantly pushing and refining his work to ensure every answer is as effective as possible and every creative opportunity is exploited to elevate the client’s brand.
Digital Marketing Director
David's role at Magnet
David is our Digital Marketing Director with over 16 years of experience. He heads up the digital team here at TMP Magnet and works on a variety of clients.
David Spivac, our Digital Director has a rich portfolio built on Search success stories and over 16 years experience. David has worked with a diverse set of clients from startups to Fortune 500s including VW, SEAT, Natwest, Barclays, HSBC, Santander, Bose, Symantec, Burger King, Autodesk, Allianz insurance, Jupiter investments, Partnership Insurance, Britishland, Rathbones and Nutmeg Investment to name a few, giving us the kind of experience necessary to tackle your Search problems effectively.
Tim's role at Magnet
Tim is the client lead on our Global Logistics Provider
Tim has honed his digital expertise over 15 years. His background across multiple sectors and clients has given him the breadth of knowledge and experience required to run some of our largest client accounts. Outside the office Tim constantly sacrifices his Golf/Football/Cycling time in order to dote on his wife and two daughters. When he wins the lottery he’s going to found his own craft beer brewery.
Rupen's role at Magnet
Rupen is the client lead on a number of clients including British Gas and Dyno
Despite his deceptively youthful looks, Rupen has worked in media agencies for almost two decades, chalking up national and international experience on numerous iconic brands such as Tate Modern, Penguin Books, BP, British Gas and American Express. Since his premature retirement from basketball and football (ruptured Achilles!), he enjoys cycling with his sons and has a passion for photography.
Julie's role at Magnet
In her role as Operations Manager, Julie ensures the smooth day to day running of the agency.
As a keen gardener, Julie enjoys nothing more than to see something grow from a small seed to a full plant in bloom. Her horticultural prowess enables her to nurture single thoughts with the right nutrients to grow them in to healthy assets that help the team work efficiently and ultimately perform better for our clients.
